Micah communicated well with me and didn’t try to hard sell me. There are things I still need to get done on the car, but I can space them out a little. We got the most urgent issue taken care of.

Charles was professional. He explained everything. It would be nice if more effort was put into the waiting area. It was outstanding when there were functional computers in the waiting area. I would like you to change the enclosed room with the TV into a room with a big screen TV showing movies with surround sound. You can probably get Best buy or Jeff Lynch to advertise there equipment for free.
