I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I liked that you could pull into the area in your car, although there was a bit of confusion about what to do. It would be nice to have a greeter directing traffic and explaining the process to newcomers. I liked that the oil change was done quickly and that they texted when it was done. Overall, the facility is very busy and everyone seemed overwhelmed and unhappy.

Took a bit longer than expected but the service technicians were very thorough.

I gave my visit four stars, because of the service representative, Tyler, he has been excellent and everything that he has done. I can’t say as much for the warranty company holding up my car being repaired. I purchased this warranty when I bought the car, and when I’m trying to get my car repaired, they’re telling me I have to have a representative come out and look at the problems that Toyota found before they can start working on my car. It took them a day to come out and look and now I have to wait two days for the service to start because of the weekend. Tyler has done everything he can do to get this work completed.

My service advisor Brittany was very pleasant, helpful and prompt with communication regarding service.

Everyone was polite and helpful. All my questions were answered . I relaxed and watched TV while my car was being serviced.
