Brittany was an excellent, efficient interface to the entire process and customer experience . I think the logistical part, the timing and your service was great. What I don’t like is more aimed at the service policies of the dealer. After your mechanic inspection you provided a list of recommended things to have repaired or serviced. I added the front brake service, continued with oil change, coolant flush, and tire rotation. I declined the sway-bar link replacement because Toyota wanted to charge me $560 to replace a link and in order to replace the front brake pads and turn the rotors you already had the wheels off the vehicle and to do the link replacement for two wheels it is two bolts to loosen and replace the links. I purchase a pair of links for $30 on Amazon and now I will replace the links myself. The pricing on the link replacement is 4x what it should be. It is clear that the service department is overcharging for its services.
