Brought my car in due to a leaking tire. Inspection showed new tire was needed. Tire ordered and replaced; lyft service got me home and back when car was ready. Anastasia provided excellent service.

Service Advisor, Steve B. Is the absolute best! I have had my car serviced at Toyota of Greenville for years now, and though this is only the second time I’ve had him as my advisor, he exceeds my expectations! He is professional, informative, and lets you know the price you are expected to pay for your services! I now live in Pickens, and Toyota of Greenville is definitely out of my driving range. However, Steve is worth my travel!

The work was done well and ahead of schedule. My only complaint is that every time I bring my car in for service some of the automatic features are turned off, such as lights that come on automatically when it is dark. If the service person needs to turn off these features to do the service, I do wish they would turn it back on when they are finished.
