Was surprised to learn I would not be able to have a day long pre-purchase inspection done on this 2013 Lexus ES 350 by my own mechanic. Nor would I have 3 days after purchase to do so should there be any real issues to be found. Nevertheless, because the Carfax showed this to be essentially a single owner, personal use vehicle with a maintenance history all done at Lexus Dealerships, and Toyota of Greenville had put approx. $1,200 of work into the car prior to sale, I felt comfortable in making the purchase.Also, want to especially thank Mr. Sam Aoun who negotiated a Veterans Discount for me as well as other details, and even filled the tank with gas prior to my departure. Also, because this car has less than 100,000 miles, I was advised to and did purchase a 5 year, 36,000 mile comprehensive maintenance service agreement with Total Car Auto through LandCar. So, all things considered, I am very pleased with this purchase and the quality of Customer Service I received from Toyota of Greenville.Patrick E. Cooper

Harris Henderson me got me the deal basically over the phone. I had to drive an hour and half to check out the vehicle and we arranged to have the car delivered to me. Everything worked out perfect.

This particular dealership is GREAT. We have 4 Toyota vehicles that were all purchased at this dealership in both the new and used sections. The only reason that they lost 1 star concerns Toyota Corporate with respect to interest rates on financing. At 6.99% current used car rates, the discrepancy between other region's interest rates as CURRENTLY advertised over 1% lower for a Gold certified Rav4 limited. The finance manager was asked to allow this "Toyota advertised rate that does NOT expire until 03/2025". He broadly explained "Corporate Policy". This policy is VERY confusing when a percentage difference is a psychological deterrent, especially after spending a significant amount of time searching interest rates. So--dealership is GREAT; Corporate advertised things should be consistent. Inconsistencies like this are confusing to a buyer as well as the sales staff. I did have my current Rav4 serviced at the service center while buying the new car.
