Charles was professional. He explained everything. It would be nice if more effort was put into the waiting area. It was outstanding when there were functional computers in the waiting area. I would like you to change the enclosed room with the TV into a room with a big screen TV showing movies with surround sound. You can probably get Best buy or Jeff Lynch to advertise there equipment for free.

Was surprised to learn I would not be able to have a day long pre-purchase inspection done on this 2013 Lexus ES 350 by my own mechanic. Nor would I have 3 days after purchase to do so should there be any real issues to be found. Nevertheless, because the Carfax showed this to be essentially a single owner, personal use vehicle with a maintenance history all done at Lexus Dealerships, and Toyota of Greenville had put approx. $1,200 of work into the car prior to sale, I felt comfortable in making the purchase.Also, want to especially thank Mr. Sam Aoun who negotiated a Veterans Discount for me as well as other details, and even filled the tank with gas prior to my departure. Also, because this car has less than 100,000 miles, I was advised to and did purchase a 5 year, 36,000 mile comprehensive maintenance service agreement with Total Car Auto through LandCar. So, all things considered, I am very pleased with this purchase and the quality of Customer Service I received from Toyota of Greenville.Patrick E. Cooper

I had to have my Prius towed because it wouldn't start. The car was serviced promptly and Jesse communicated very well with updates and when it would be ready

Harris Henderson me got me the deal basically over the phone. I had to drive an hour and half to check out the vehicle and we arranged to have the car delivered to me. Everything worked out perfect.
