We initially brought our 2012 RAV4 in for service, and learned it was in great need of a number of repairs. We decided that the money spent on repairs would be better spent on a new vehicle. When we arrived Mariana was there to greet us. We had been eying the Highlander for some time. Mariana facilitated my wife and I taking the Highlander for a test drive. We let her know we wanted to move forward with purchasing it. Mariana was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.We had some issues with the initial estimate for trading in our RAV4, but Mariana introduced us to Mike her manager, and we were able to negotiate a path forward. Mike was understanding and worked to remove obstacles for us. So after a short conversation with Mike we all were happy with the deal.From there we worked with Raymond, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with.
