Joseph Delaney is a great salesman. He works hard, is kind, reasonable and honest. We appreciate his service. However , the Moldovan guy(sorry I don't remember his name) who was selling the extras was a real pain, lied to us and wouldn't listen to us. He obviously gets paid for pressing customers beyond reason to buy extra add ons that they don't want. After telling him "no we don't want any", several times he wouldn't shut up or stop and even LIED saying if we wanted the car we had to listen to his talk and buy something from him!! Dear god is making money worth harassment? That is illegal! We were tired and had been in your show room over 4 hours. It is totally disrespectful, dishonest and just plain wrong. My husband got up from the chair and had to go in the manager's office to complain to the manager to get him to go into Joseph's office to tell the man to stop. Should a customer who is purchasing a car have to do this to protect himself from a sales person?!! Again Joseph is very good, he is 5 star+, but the Moldovan guy is 5 black minus minus stars. He almost ruined the sale. I strongly suggest you do something.
