I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I also had an issue with my tire pressure sensors, so the technician ran a diagnostic to determine which tire(s) might need replacing. After the inspection, I was told that I needed (either then or soon) my engine coolant to be flushed along with my inverter coolant, as well as my spark plugs replaced. I was told that the total for those services would be more than $900 which was quite a shock. After doing some research, I discovered that my vehicle which is a hybrid, is much more expensive to do what I consider routine maintenance on, partly due to the design. This is not the dealerships fault, it is a design issue and had I known that this was going to be the case, I might not have purchased a hybrid, thinking that it would be more economical to operate.

I worked with Andrew Coffelt during my last trip to Toyota. I needed repairs for my car that required me to leave it car with the garage overnight. Andrew was very prompt with updates and descriptions on what parts needed to be replaced and repaired and at the best possible price. Additionally, he went out of his way to help get me in touch with the rental desk so I'd be able to get back and forth to the hospital/clinic for work, and gave me his email and phone number to contact him directly if I had any additional questions or concerns. I told him that I was very impressed and pleased by the customer service he provided and that I wanted to write a review reflecting that; exceptional effort and interpersonal care.

Smitty, Joshua & Marcos (signed me up for my five year warranty. I think that was his name.) are wonderful. Everything was a quick and easy process. Thanks to them. as a widow purchasing a car by herself, the experience was stress free.I’m very grateful to these men for their kindness & help.

I planned to leave my 2014 Avalon overnight for installation of a new battery. Richard Nguyen was able to effect immediate service for my vehicle. I waited about 15 min. and was able to return home that evening and was spared a return trip the next day.
