My 2015 Highlander needs an O2 sensor replaced and it is on back order with no idea when the part will be available.

The problem was addressed and fixed however, after I returned home on a day that was pouring, I parked the car in the garage and did not drive it the next day, I went to get in it this morning and noticed a scratch next to my door. This was not on it, when I dropped it off. I left a message for the service manager to call me to discuss but I have not heard back.

Was browsing the preowned inventory when Sam Aoun approaching me. He asked a few questions about what I needed, listened and pointed me in the right direction. Sam made the process so easy. His manager, Matt greeted me to make sure all was right. Iām thoroughly happy with my purchase, the price of the vehicle and the experience.

Overall the sales part was typical and painless. However the total process was entirely too long..We were practically there ALL day. Spending most time waiting around for next person to finalize sale and then waiting forever for car. Figure out away to make the process shorter.
