Easy and Quick. Had a nail in tire after 2 months of owning car, so disappointing to find out it would be a $300 repair. Also car was returned with 2 of my valve caps on one side were missing.

One of the best experiences I've had at the dealership. Austin is great. However, I was very disappointed to be informed for the 2nd time that the tires I purchased from Toyota may soon need replacing even though they are nowhere near the mileage warranty.
