I was a walk-on customer that needed the 5,000 mile checkup. I dropped the car off, caught the Uber home, and received a text message soon after my arrival home. The car was ready for me to pick it up. Hard to beat that service, even though I know it was mostly accidental timing. My service advisor was Chad Dunham, Assistant Svc. Mgr. He was excellent throughout the process.

There are three aspects of the appointment I'd like to highlight:1) My service manager, Micah, made the entire process very easy and straightforward. My vehicle needed a lot of work and she was kind and attentive to walk me through the options, share benefits of different solutions like comparing replacement batteries, and explain what was permitted with the coupon I'd selected for service. Then, when I noticed a discrepancy in my final bill following the appointment, she was quick to work with me on confirming it and applying a credit toward a future service.2) I appreciate the technician(s) who worked on my vehicle. While I've always had good experiences with this aspect of Toyota of Greenville, this time it actually felt like my Corolla had even better handling following the appointment. Amazing what a difference new tires, a heftier battery, and an alignment can do. Plus, the vehicle was ready in the estimated time I was quoted.3) I appreciate the comfort of the waiting room area, from the convenience of the wi-fi for working remotely while waiting on my vehicle, to the ready supply of coffee. While I've rarely utilized Toyota's shuttle service, I also appreciate that they offer one in case I need it.

Typical experience with any dealership. Schedule service work for one item and they come back with 6 - 7 additional items that may or may not be needed.
