It was done quickly and efficiently. I bought my Venza from another Toyota dealership in June of 2023 and I was owed a 2nd key fob for my car due to a back order situation. Savanna Carranzo took initiative to get my 2nd key fob ordered and I am here today at no charge to get my 2nd key fob programmed. It took only a few days. THANK YOU!!!
