Fast and pleasant

My visit to Toyota of Greenville was excellent. They were quick to figure out the issue and assessed that it was not as urgent (or as serious) as I had thought. They recommended to address the issue prior to it becoming a problem at the time of my next maintenance/oil-change service so as to reduce the number of needed visits. There was no charge for this recommendation, which was appreciated.

My wife heard a noise while driving to our hotel on Thursday afternoon. I stopped by a GoodYear Auto Center across from the hotel the next morning. They inferred that it may be a wheel bearing and a Toyota dealership would the the only place to handle that if in fact it was the case. We arrived at your dealership shortly thereafter, was met by George your representative and he was helpful and very professional. Your technician found other problems but since we had to get back to Highlands we deferred the repairs since it would not cause a problem for the trip back.
