Best experience at a Toyota dealership service so far!

Sylvie was my sales person and she was great. I told her over the phone what I was looking for. The price range I was in. What iv would not go over and if she couldn’t do that we wouldn’t waste our time. She had me approved before I got there. She was waiting on me. She already had a few suvs ready for me to test drive. She wasn’t pushy. She’s wasn’t lazy like most sales persons. She was fun to be around. She was very helpful in what I wanted. She should be an example to the rest of your sales people. She should be a top sales person.

Great service

Overall good experience and service. I do suggest that during service, if oil, etc is transferred from hands to the interior of the vehicle (steering wheel, etc) to please clean off so it won’t transfer to clothes.
