Mechanical sent us a notification that our car was "ready for pick up" and the notification should not have been sent out.The notification from your mechanical department put the body department in an awkward position as I rearranged my schedule to come get my car and the body people had no idea of the message and the invoice to the insurance had not even been sent out. We were very disappointed as we had 4 days with our car before someone else damaged it and have been waiting 4 months to retrieve it. Not the body people's fault.

Mr. Roper answered all of my questions ahead of my purchase and made me feel like my needs were the most important thing to him. Sylvie was also very warm and friendly and made my experience buying my Nissan much like a family affair. It was an exciting and wonderful day even if it took a bit longer than I felt necessary to settle the paperwork. 😊
