Dennis was extremely accommodating to my needs, even offering me transportation to and from dealship, since it was necessary to keep my vehicle longer than anticipated. I came in for my first oil change and my new Rav4, I explained I was finding oil spots on my garage floor, and that it needed to be addressed.
