It was great in most ways. I was greeted professionally. All the work was documented. It only took one hour for the 10,000 mile maintenance. The lobby was spacious and comfortable and the coffee was great. The only downside was that I asked 2 managers and my previous salesman about a sound question (how to alter Google maps vice volume) and nobody knew the answer nor did they look it up. I was finally told it couldn’t be down by a manager who had one. My boyfriend drilled down on the media screen and found it in about 4 minutes. Overall the visit did what was advertised but I was hoping for ongoing help with the practical issues of owning my car from my dealership
