My service manager was very nice and good to work with. He also warned me in advance that the scheduled oil change and tire rotation would take longer than normal due to the holiday demand. It took 2.5 hours and, unfortunately, the tire rotation did not occur due to excessive wear noted on the two front tires. Any disappointment I had with the service was due to circumstances beyond the responsibilities of Toyota of Greenville.
