It was very efficient

I called to set up my 10,000 mile service a little early as I will be out of town when the actual mileage hits. The woman who handled the scheduling answered my questions and set up an appointment convenient for me. Micah was the service rep who checked me in, asked if I had any questions or concerns, offered me a Lyft drive home as they’d were running a bit late, called & set up a return Lyft when the car was ready, and explained to me all the service work completed. She was very professional & customer service oriented. The car just required the routine maintenance and everything seems fine.
