My Service Assistant Brittany was very helpful and attentive to my questions and service. Again, I am pleased with my experience at Toyota Of Greenville.

Great customer service

I was pleased with the service I got from Andrew. I admit I don't know much about cars and he walked me through step by step. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and advice

Overall, it was very good. They got me in on time, sent me a Lyft to get home and come back, car was done in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that I did not receive an inspection report describing their findings (brake pad life, tire tread, did it need air pressure adjusted, what was the status of the air filter, etc.)

The atmosphere and employees are wonderful. The amenities in the waiting area are nice.The technology for tracking service is next level.Dennis Holcombe was excellent to work with. Very kind and very professional.10/10 experience.

Micah was welcoming and efficient. She kept me informed every step of the way. Happy to have her as my service advisor
