We came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The car needed more services and the service department was very accommodating.

Without an appointment I came to report a noise coming from the dashboard. The agent listened and immediately took action asking mechanic to check cabin filter. Verified rodent was culprit. Then assigned us to Anastasia S. She indicated service could be at least 2 hours and offered us Uber drive home and return trip. Anastasia was professional and very considerate. With digital tracker could follow progress of repair and Anastasia called when service was complete and ordered Uber to pick me up. So glad I took my car to Toyota. They repaired damage created and confirmed rodent was no longer in car. Well done!

They were very informative and Jesse treated me like a human. Which is very rare because most see a female and treat me like an idiot. Jesse didn’t and I appreciate that more than you know.
