Anthony was a great service advisor. Was super helpful in explaining everything that was to be done as well as kept me informed throughout the process.

Finance manager was great. Jonathon was okay. I like the corolla se 2022 I bought but I would like to point out, the back seat has a stain on it that is a little annoying. Also the heater/ac strength is not that good which is frustrating. 2 cosmetic issues that could have been handled beforehand.AlsoIt took a little longer than I expected and I can't fully blame Jonathon for that considering my friend Josh didn't help expedite the process. I was hoping tho the financial breakdown monthly etc. Was presented before all that time we spent on my information. There should have been a rough estimate with the down-payment I suggested. Jonathon did keep saying he'd match what I was provided at another dealership but didn't make much effort to.

Service representatives made big mistake with our used tires which we needed back to our possession and could not get them because they disposed them. Service was good but could not give a 5 star rating for the mistake that was made.

My purchase experience with Sylvie was excellent. She was professional and made sure all my needs were met.

Everyone I interacted with was great. Danny was very professional and communicated about my car well!

Great visit. Was very concerned about getting me in and out since I worked 3rd shift and had to go back in that night They always informed me about car, if it needs more service.
