Arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. Servicing was for tire rotation, oil change, and fluid check. Required a full two hours to complete, which is much longer than previously.

Great customer service. The car having a defective gas cap at 2000 miles of use is a poor representation of Toyota quality. No customer wants to see a check engine light on a brand-new car. This is my first Toyota. Poor quality control from your gas cap supplier is not an example of the Toyota Production System.
