Well organized and kept me informed the entire time.

My car had all of a sudden stopped while heading home from work in the AM , it then had to be towed to Toyota. I had called Toyota to give them a heads up and from the phone call to the end of service everyone was very kind and helpful . As soon as my car arrived it was serviced promptly despite it being a busy day . My car had a rare occurrence happen and I was surprised everyone was so helpful and it was fixed within a few hours time . I really appreciate it after coming home from nightshift and for the car to just stop in the middle of a highway . Very scary but matters were held promptly, seriously, and everyone at Toyota made a stressful situation lighter and truly stepped up to help . Thank you to Benjamin G., and the mechanic for being truly helpful .
