Sam Aoun was such a joy to work with! Everybody was very friendly and helpful, especially Sam. And the whole experience was overall so much less frustrating than it usually is and I felt like the whole process took a quarter of the time that usually does. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone in the area who is looking to buy a car.

experience was good except for twice now, one of the 3 fasteners that hold the plastic front trim to the skid plate was left off .noticed when i was washing front of truck and heard rattle

I dealt with Micah during this visit and thought she did a very good job. She was courteous, reviewed the work to be done and immediately honored a price for work that was on the facility web site, but was incorrect.I was kept informed as work progressed and received a copy of the inspection that indicated that additional work was recommended.In the end, although both the timing and cost more than originally quoted, the additional work was responsible.

Nick, the used car salesman, was fabulous and, we were able to come to terms on a match price I was offered for my Toyota Sienna of 28k the 10k out the door, for a good Corolla . After selling them our van, we needed a rental car until we were able to come back and buy the 10k Corolla. All rental cars were rented and we were stuck. Nick gave us a car to use at no charge to us. Talk about a great experience with Greenville Toyota. Well, we are all happy camper’s!! Go see Nick in the used car department, he will hook you up. If you are like me, and don’t want a 300k mile flood car, go get a clean title car that is Toyota certified like me. Btw, our Corolla is doing as well as can be expected!
