Came for a 120k service and regarding a malfunctioning rear window sunscreen. Service was great however the windscreen is unable to be repaired or disconnected. Very disappointed in Toyota engineering as this is troublesome and at times a potential safety issue.On check out, I reviewed the bill and noticed I was charged for tire rotation when that is free when buying tires from you. If I did not review, this would have been missed and overcharged.

Received promptly and CSR was very curtious. Wait time to have a battery checked and replaced was a bit long considering I arrived at my appointed time. Other than that it went well. One minor issue... the Hot chocolate was running low.
