It went very smooth. I was able to leave my car there and Toyota provided me with a Lyft driver to take me home and pick me up because they had to order a part. Overall I was satisfied and had no problems.

Initially, this was an amazing visit. Vernon (VJ), Tia, Bret, Michael, and another young man who's name escapes me (has a beard and is from Charleston), were all great. In fact, the entire team was phenomenal and really seemed to enjoy working there.However, we still do not have the car. We do understand that the car had just come in and needed to have some scratches removed, painted, etc. However, we were not kept informed of the status unless we called. It was hard using two cars to get a family of 4 to work (especially since I work in NC). We adjusted schedules as much as possible with employers. It just would have been nice to not have to be the ones to reach out. The last time we reached out, Vernon did get us into a loaner (this past weekend). This was essential since my wife's uncle, who was like a father to her, was very sick and we wanted to go to NC to see him. Sadly, he died Friday night (we got the vehicle Saturday morning). This stings. Also, we are getting the emails for Sirius radio complimentary service, but will be near the end of the trial before we get the car back, we fear.We do appreciate all that is being done for us.
