Good:Addy was great!! I really liked just communicating with Addy over text, my expectations were clear and in writing, what he could deliver was clear and in writing.Bad:It still takes too long in the dealership to buy a car. This should be a 1 hour process max. The teams need to be better prepared and orginzed so customers can get in and out.Push for an extended warrenty is cringeworthy. I come in and you tell me why Toyota is the most reliable car there is, then you switch the script and tell me this car is going to fall apart and I need a warrenty. It's painful.
