I was impressed with the integrity of Toyota of Greenville in this service visit and have said so to family and friends. On three different items Micah called me back to communicate that either the shop mechanics did not feel I needed all of the services I had requested, or to warn me of the substantial cost of a repair. I ended up with a car that is definitely running more smoothly, but I spent half of what I was expecting. Toyota could have done the unnecessary service and charged me for it but did not.

Austin met me quickly and took information about my maintenance requests. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours.

My experience was above and beyond what I expected

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Much appreciated. One note, however. A transmission fluid change was recommended, but that was done at your shop about a year ago. It seems that the historical records of our Toyota vehicles aren't complete or up to date.
