I would like to suggest that when someone brings their car in for service that a price is given to the customer when they come in. I had a small issue with this. When i bought the car (from you all) is was told that I had 2 free oil changes. I got the first one, no problem. On my latest visit I went in thinking I had one free one remaining. However, when I checked out, the young lady said it was not free. Her explation was that maybe the date for a second free one had expired. Anyway I paid. I would like to have known this when I brought it in. Otherwise, a great visit.JD Wright

The experience at Toyota Of Greenville was very good. The receptionist that registered my visit was very polite and efficient. Seat and floor coverings inside the vehicle was appreciated.I also like the text updates and estimates on the vehicle issues and prices for repair.Unfortunately there was estimated repairs outside of a 2018 recall warranty that were not covered ,and was quite expensive.

This was the second visit pertaining my problem! I called after 2 weeks and my parts had not been ordered!Brendon was very happy and very helpful on my second trip and took care of my problem!

I had my appointment time off by a week. But they took my truck anyway and had it completed the same day. They didn't even tell me I had it wrong. All gold stars for Toyota of Greenville

Steve Jenkins did a great job with communication and has a great personality. My only complaint about the purchase process was having to pay MSRP. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and everyone knows there is a certain amount of mark-up between invoice and MSRP. The only reason for the 4 out 5 star rate was due to no discount from MSRP. Even the smallest amount of discount would have been appreciated. It certainly was expected on my side.
