Steve Barton is the best service consultant. I completely trust him and that's why I come back to Toyota of Greenville for all the service on my RAV4.

The associate that checked me in, Josh, was extremely friendly and professional. He asked all the right questions and was able to provide all the information I needed to know to the point that I didn’t have to ask any questions. By far one of the best associates I have encountered.

I had a bolt in my tire that was under warranty and they patched it up right away. They even got me taken care of very quickly.My only concern is that I was charged for a tire disposal fee when they just patched up my tire. Not sure why I was charged a fee?
