I had a blow out with my front end tire. As always, I came to Sherwood Channel early in the morning for a new tire. The tire was ordered and I came back that evening to replace my tire. Sherwood left and he had Austin take care of me. Austin was FANTASTIC! Kudos to Austin for taking such good care of me during the absence of Sherwood. I will see Austin again when Sherwood is not present.

I cannot believe how sour and rude this woman was to every customer that approached her. With that personality she should be in the back where no customer ever interacts with her. In 10 seconds of talking to both "ladies" you will know to whom I am referring.
