As always - great service. A little pricey (to me) this time because I haven’t paid for vehicle service in almost 20 years. I’ve leased Toyotas since 2005.

My family both close and distant have bought several Toyotas from Avalons, Highlander, and now several Tacos. While I do not not like the overpriced Service contracts, the orange peel like 'ceramic' finish, and "additional" oil changes snuck in when there is a likelihood of changing oil myself, at another svc center; overall the sales rep i had was a voice of some class and reason; unlike other reps vulturing around and being snarky while putting down other reps. I get it, competitive environment with a bunch of wannabe "dawgs". I work hard for a dealership experience, don't want to be rushed, or weaseled into svc contracts.Make it easier to rescind these "folded" paper svc contracts built into principal and sinking 5k of payments (2k *2 plus an 800 pmt) that involve a revolving door of negotiations and comebacks.In fact, please make sure to expedite payoff of my original trade-ins, ensure the 800pmt is applied to principal of the truck i kept (now), and rescind the unnecessary 2710 (2500 plus 210) in prepaid service and maintenance kons that were unnecessary.Finally, the $990.00 in 'ceramic finishing' and (399.00 *3 in closing); i'll tip your gal and guy who seem to work hard on the finish and clean of a showroom quality car..,but the product is poor and infamous as documented several times in social media with orange peel quality (good thing i kept with gray/silver) that stuff literally us rough on the other colors.Sales reps are knowledgeable but should work on fitting what existing features i like to make sure it's with the newer car/truck, finance people are smooth...too smooth...and are just cheesing their way to for profit svc contracts (built) around the core financing.Trust is hard to come by, in these economic times, I don't expect it, but still maybe more business will come faster with good graces ~if not selling constant unnecessary svc kons easily flipped through on a touch pad.Thank you for working with me, things can be better without feeling pushed through...rescind the svc contracts of 2710, i tipped the ceramic finishers/cleaners, but that oj peel could be better for the price. 990.00 price on top of the maintenance and svc kons as mentioned.Sales is fine, but have them brush up on the technology themselves or have a weekend or 5 day grace to let a customer with proven reliable pay history to try out the vehicle before closing.Pro: GM, Con: snarky disrespectful jelly of each other repsPro: My rep, Con: mostly respectful managers, depends on the day
