I would give Austin five stars. He was very professional and easy to work with!Taking one star off for the long wait even though I made an appointment; the line to pull the cars in was literally out to the road. Also, several of the recommended services had already been performed at the Easley location so wish all Toyota repair shops shared records so this confusion wouldn't keep happening.

Addy Shaw is an excellent salesman and very knowledgeable about all Toyota’s vehicles. He was very patient with my wife in explaining how to use the multimedia features on her new 2023 RAV4 limited. The next time I am going to purchase a new Toyota vehicle I will be looking for Addy Shaw at Toyota of Greenville.
