Great customer service and friendly staff.

I brought my car in to be detailed and for protection coating to be added after a recent purchase. They were great with sticking to the scheduled visit time but the quality of the detailing was very lacking. It appeared that they only cleaned the interior that was visible. When I pulled down the center console in the back seat, it hadn't been touched. There were also still crumbs in one the doors. I feel like things may have been rushed and I would have gladly allotted more time if needed.

I had my Tundra serviced and some recalls repaired. Richard did a great job of communicating and the job was done in a timely manner.

The people in charge were very nice. My only complaint would be that it was hard to get in touch with the person in charge of our car’s service to get an estimate on when it’d be done, but that might be the case because he was busy

Addy was very knowledgeable about Toyotas. He helped me figure out what model was best for me. Also my financial experience was great.
