Every one was so nice and friendly. The shop was clean and seemed very organized. They keep me up dated on where they were on my car.Very helpful employees and it was a pleasure to have brought my car to this dealership.

My experience at Toyota of Greenville was great. Sherwood (I'm pretty sure that was his name) was informative, patient, and polite and the waiting room is amenable to getting work done on one's laptop while waiting for their vehicle to be serviced.

Everyone was very nice. Drop off was very easy.It did take a second to hear back from you guys. I had to call to ask for a status update. I dropped off at 8a and then had to call around 11 or 12 ish to see when my car was going to be finished.Normally I get a text from you guys as soon as drop off occurs and then I am able to go to the link y’all give to get updates.Everyone was nice.
