Very nice; wait was less than was told

Great customer service, knowledgeable and understanding.

I scheduled 6:30am service/diagnostic on my 2022 Tundra. I missed the person setting up the appt. sent the confirmation for 8:15. I didn’t check it until I arrived. I told them that it has to be this time because I work 70 minutes away and I always make appointments for early morning when I am waiting for it. If they couldn’t get it in until later I would have to come back another day. They accommodated my request.

Sherwood Channel was my advisor and he kept me informed and communicated well,

I was visiting for a conference, ran over something, and needed my tire plugged. Everyone was kind and helpful, took good care of my car, and I was back on my way.

Napoleon Gillard is the best sales person I have dealt with in the recent times. He is the reason why I changed my mind from buying Volkswagen Atlas to Toyota Highlander. He has been a great help since the beginning of the process till the end and always have been in touch to find out if I need any help. Only reason why I will stick with Toyota of Greenville!!
