I arrived about 1230 pm on Saturday due to a tire issue. I had purchased 4 tires from Toyota of Greenville at the end of January 2023. The gentleman who initially assisted acted like I was mistaken about my tire leaking air. Then when I instructed him to look at the tire on the front passenger side to compare for inflation, he stated the problem was the computer was down and I would have to buy a tire regardless of my hazard warranty, since they were unable to confirm that I had purchased said tires from that business. As I was explaining what an idiotic protocol that was as I had asked for paperwork stating re hazard warranty and such when I purchased said tires and was told that it was in the computer and I would never have such a need to prove anything to anybody in the Toyota network, the manager called the agent to his kiosk and told him there was a back way to get the tire fixed without me having to purchase a new tire but would have to pay $25 labor fee. Then at the end of service, the agent acted like he was my knight in shining armor, stating he wasn't even supposed to help me as I didn't have an appointment and the computers were down. I reminded him I was supposed to pay him the $25.00 dollars which he stated he was glad I reminded him. I reminded him I am a honest woman and did not want to try to cheat anybody out of anything.

I was very happy with the communication on the status of the service without having to call and ask. The parts were on backorder so it’s not been completed yet and I am waiting to hear back about some ‘research’ being done on a different issue, but overall I am satisfied so far.

Steve M. was so kind, easygoing and made me feel comfortable. I typically hate bringing my car in for services because I don't want to be taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge on cars etc., but Steve is probably my favorite service person that's helped me since bringing my cars for services at the Greenville dealership.

My service technician Steve was awesome. He kept me informed of progress of my RAV4. Several items were on watch list. He explained each one with a lot of knowledge. He was very nice and I appreciate his help.

Had my oil changed and front brakes fixed always very friendly and helpful
