Had a safety recall and other items that needed service. Totally pleased with the work but not with the update process. The link provided never informed me of my vehicle status until "AFTER" I picked up my vehicle.

Fast and great experience.

There were a couple of challenges with my service secondary to my vehicle being a Volkswagen and not a Toyota. Both the oil in oil filter had to be brought in from an outside source. Though the wait was very long for my oil change, being almost 3 hours, the quality of service was first rate in every way. Thank you for doing a great job on my precious car :-).

Have been coming here for years so that can tell you that I feel the service is great. The new explanation about the needed repairs certainly is a plus. My favorite service manager is Brittany Anderson. It is obvious that she has a good understanding of the repair and service process. She makes visits into the waiting room to keep me aware of the length of the service/repair work.
