I walked into Greenville Toyota and had the exact opposite experience than my experience walking into Honda Greenville. Tia could not have been nicer and facilitated the process of finding the right used car. She really listened to my story and knew the challenges of someone with a fixed income and Brett got me in a used car with a term bumper to bumper warranty within one hour. Brett was able to find financing, while this was a bit challenging, but he did it! (when I was told at Honda that this would be very hard to achieve). I have very low monthly payments. Even before the deal was done was handed a printed copy of the carfax VIN history. They were extremely honest, transparent and accommodating. I had no problems whatsoever.I did pickup my car a little late than promised, why?, because they wanted to make sure that I had new tires on my used car!!My family, friends and myself will be life long Greenville Toyota customers.Mark Gobble
