I had problems for 4 months with the VW I bought used I came back with it to the used car dealership The manager and Sam took care of me and got me in this 2018 Jeep Renegade and took a substantial loss on the deal but their intentions were that I would leave happy they delivered. I was stranded at another dealership with a blown motor. The staff at Toyota came to pick me up and worked with me on purchasing my new car. Then they rode back to the other dealership to pick up my car for trade in. They were very understanding and customer service friendly considering this was not a planned purchase and I was extremely stressed.
