Toyota of Greenville was very helpful and got me in quickly. I did not have to wait as long as I thought.

I knew that the car I wanted was not on any lot in the upstate. Jeffery was very helpful & patient. He showed me the different colors and options that were similar to what I wanted that they had or had coming in. He was not pushy and didn't try to convince me to add things I did not want. The offer for my trade-in was also as expected. Since I was in no hurry, I just ordered exactly what I wanted,

The gentleman that helped me was very information and detailed about my future service needed. This was very appreciated. He offered to do a Multi point inspection, which measured my brakes and found that they are at 6 mil and do not need to be replaced at this time. Durng the last service visit, the fellow helping me, did not do a Multi Point inspection, BUT TOLD me I needed to repalce my front brakes. Interesting............I feel like I was taken advantage of, not appreciated.

Sherwood did his usual excellent job of scheduling and following up on this service event. The outcome of the job was great.

We came to have oil changed and normal 6 month check. We needed some additional work. The rep arranged for a car to take us home as we originally intended on waiting. Were could have gotten a ride back but our daughter's conference call was cancelled so she took us back when the rep contacted us that the service was complete.
