Ben did an excellent job letting me know what was happening during the service while I was waiting for it. He took care of the three problems I had concerns with and made certain that I knew they were corrected by showing me.

Service at your dealership is generally excellent and quick, with same-day appointments often available. My only issue with this appointment was that the checkup failed to catch that there was a maintenance notice on the dash display for one tire being under-inflated. Instead, the under-inflated tire was just rotated to another wheel. Considering the appointment was one of the dealer-required checkups, there should have been a checklist item for a tech to look at the dashboard display for tire status. I've since taken care of this myself.

Crystal and Mariana were great with the sales process. I like being able to choose which options I want online before ordering. This makes me want to come back.Raymond was great on finances. I really like he does not hard sell the extensions. I someone hard sells I will not come back. This makes we want to come back.

Service time was shorter than expected. A special on oil changes helped save some money. The lounge is always accommodating - I'm always able to get work done on my computer while waiting. I trust Toyota to take care of my truck the same that I would. My ASM, Ben, was helpful and easy to work with. Thank you !
