The overall experience was satisfactory. However, we made our original appointment via phone and your representative gave us an appointment for Thursday, July 13, 2023 @ 1:10 PM. Upon arriving for our appointment the service writer informed us that we didn’t have an appointment and we were not in the system. We had driven approximately 10 miles only to be told that we would have to reschedule for another day.

The entire process was great, which strikes me as a bit of a rarity when going to a dealership to buy a car. The salesman, Joe Delaney, answered all my questions, welcomed me to test drive a car that met my list of “must haves” , followed up in a helpful but non-pushy way, reasonably (and honestly) negotiated on charges for add-ons that I didn’t really need or want, and stayed past closing to finalize the sale. Jordan and Rebecca who handled the paperwork were courteous, competent and not too pushy with respect to add-ons and actually ended up selling me the Toyota extended warranty that includes software & chips, which seems to be worthwhile & a good value.
