This is my second time coming to Toyota of Greenville to get my oil changed and Ben was awesome. Great customer service!!!!!

I was pleased with the service I received at Toyota of Greenville. I received updated information on my vehicle and was treated well as a customer.

Overall good. Minor suggestion: at pick-up very few service managers were available and I was not acknowledged until I sort of hung out for a few minutes glaring at them. I feel like the afternoon pick-up's are not as customer freindly as the AM drop-offs. A greeter would be helpful :-)
