Eddy was an excellent customer representative. He listened to all my questions and addressed them with the technicians. He was both courteous and professional. I will bring my car back in for service at Toyota of Greenville in the future due to Eddy's superlative service.

I did not do all the services recommended and did not feel pressured. The overall inspection did reveal a problem with front axle seals that I was not aware of. I appreciate the confidence I have in the dealership and their service department.

Staff was awesome and did everything they could to make this a 5 star. Car just didn't help out the mechanics. Will use again in the future because everyone was very kind and understanding. Thanks

I was very pleased with my oil change,i thought i made an appointment on line they could not find i but they worked me in was not a long wait they also gave me a list of what needed to be fixed. They were very nice and professional.

Communication was first rate. Services explained and quote was accurate. A little better instruction on after hour drop off would have been helpful.
