Polite and responsive, did his best to ensure I was good from start to finish. The team at Greenville was very friendly to me (and my work dog in training) the day we came to view and purchase the car. Car was delivered, as promised, but unfortunately was not detailed and came dirty. A few phone calls later, I was put in touch with Jonathan, who was hands down the most customer focused person throughout my whole experience, getting the problem taken care of timely and with a smile. Everything was good, except for my trade-in experience.Please see case #230530000452. Although you advertise "WE WANT TO BUY YOUR CAR! and WE BUY CARS FOR UP TO $1000 MORE! Than CAR MAX," I did not find this to be true with your sales team.I provided them with a statement from CarMax stating that they would purchase my car for $1,700. However, your sales team would only offer $1,200. This was not "Up to $1000 MORE," but actually $500 LESS.It baffled me as to why your sales team would argue over $500 while I was making a purchase with you for over $46,000. Doesn't make sense. You should want to make this experience as easy as possible on your customer, so that they will come back to your brand. I am obviously a Toyota guy, but will definitely remember this for my next car purchase.

I took my 2019 Toyota Prius in for a 40,000 mile check up. The service man who handled the checkup was very professional, efficient and cordial. The work was done expoditiously and I was very satisfied.

I arrived somewhat early, having misjudged morning rush-hour traffic. I was assured that it was no problem, and I actually arrived back home (a 20-minute drive) at precisely the time that my appointment was scheduled. These guys are great!!
