Micah was good at quickly getting me serviced for a mechanical issues on Dec 6th and Dec 13.

Very efficient, clean waiting area and restrooms.

I have always had my 2017 Rav4 serviced at TOG at 5,000 miles, oil change and rotate tires. Saturday was the first time I was told that I need to get tires rotated at 5k and oil changes at 10k.

Josh was very informative, accommodating and helpful. He did a great job taking care of the needs.

Josh has the personality for that job, while most of your points of contact do not. But when you have someone like him, the experience, no matter the outcome, becomes pleasant. He appeared informed, concerned, and knowledgeable.And that point of contract must have a lot of turnover, not sure I have ever seen the same person twice.
