The wait time was short. Their representative was friendly and professional. The atmosphere clean and clear. They make you comfortable with home living assorts such as coffee and television. Toyota of Greenville definitely has my attention.

I was very pleased with the service and total time of the service. The technician was pleasent and very easy to explain the details.

Overall I had a great experience. Daniel was super great and helpful and came in on his day off to get everything finalized. The only issues we had at all would be the systems going down so a process that should have taken 30-45 minutes took over an hour and there was one page that did not get printed so we had to make a second trip later to sign one document.

My experience was decent. Your typical 5-6 hour car purchase. I expected it to take a while but without a trade in I didn’t expect the entire day. My salesman Cedric was nice, answered all of my questions. Finance man Salah was very arrogant and condescending. If I had it to do over again I would not have purchased or i would have asked for someone else. I was asked by Cedric to return the following week to finish up some things and when I returned he wasn’t even at the dealership that week he was away training. I dealt with Tia. Now she was extremely nice and took care of everything I needed. I highly recommend her. The only thing I do not have that I was promised is a second set of keys and I intend to call back until I get those.
